When to Start Using Anti-Aging Serums

As we reach our late twenties, many of us start contemplating the ideal time to add anti-aging products to our skincare routines. I believe that taking a proactive approach can really help us maintain that youthful glow. For those with normal skin like mine, anti-aging serums can be a fantastic addition, but choosing the right time and product is crucial.

Most experts suggest starting around the ages of 28 or 29, as this is when our skin begins to lose some elasticity and hydration. I’ve found that using a lightweight serum containing ingredients like hyaluronic acid or peptides can significantly boost hydration and plumpness, leaving my skin looking fresh and vibrant. Combining this with my regular gua sha and facial massage routine has really enhanced the effects, helping to relieve tension and improve circulation.
