Thick creams can definitely help, but I’ve found that adding a hydrating serum underneath really amps up the moisture. Also, don’t forget to drink plenty of water—sometimes the inside matters just as much as the outside! What kind of products are you currently using?

I’ve had pretty good luck using a humidifier at night; it really helps with dry air. Also, I swear by a thick, rich cream for my face—CeraVe or Clinique Moisture Surge both work well for me. Just need to stay on top of it because winter dryness hits hard!
