Dairy products, refined sugars, and heavily processed snacks are often the main offenders. When I avoid these, my skin usually stays clearer, despite the travel stress.
To stay on track, I like to bring along healthy snacks such as nuts, fresh fruit, and whole-grain crackers. These options not only keep my hunger at bay but also support my skin’s health. Staying hydrated is equally important; I make sure to drink plenty of water, particularly during long flights, as it helps flush out toxins and keeps my complexion looking vibrant.
