I’ve discovered a few tips that really help keep my skin healthy and glowing throughout the year.

First, hydration is key. No matter the season, drinking plenty of water and using a good moisturizer can make a huge difference. In winter, I love using thicker creams to combat dryness, while in summer, a lightweight gel or lotion works wonders. Additionally, don’t forget to use sunscreen year-round to protect your skin from UV damage!
