Timing Your Night Skincare Routine for Best Results

Establishing a nighttime skincare routine is essential, especially for those of us with dry or sensitive skin. Have you ever thought about the optimal time to treat your skin before bed? I’ve discovered that when you apply your products can significantly impact their effectiveness while you sleep.

Personally, I like to begin my routine about 30 to 60 minutes before bedtime. This gives my skin ample time to absorb all those beneficial ingredients, such as ceramides and fatty acids. Plus, it’s a wonderful opportunity to unwind and engage in a little self-care after a hectic day.
