Hi everyone! I’ve been on quite the journey with my skin, particularly when it comes to dealing with acne. At 26 and with fair skin, I recently made a commitment to wearing sunscreen daily, hoping it would make a difference. Yet, despite my efforts, those stubborn breakouts continue to pop up, and it can be really disheartening.
From my own experiences and some research, I’ve learned that various factors can contribute to ongoing acne issues—stress, dietary choices, hormonal fluctuations, and even the skincare products we use. To get a better handle on my skin, I’ve started a skincare journal to note what seems to help and what might be triggering my breakouts. I’m really hoping this will lead me to some solutions.
I’d love to hear from others who have faced similar struggles. What have you found helpful in managing persistent acne? Are there specific products or routines that have made a positive impact for you? Let’s share our experiences and support one another on this journey!
