How to Keep Cream Blush Perfect Without Lifting Foundation

Hi everyone! I’m on a quest to nail my makeup application, especially when it comes to cream blush. I adore the way it enhances my complexion, but I’ve faced the frustrating issue of it lifting my foundation underneath. It can be disheartening after putting so much effort into my base, only to have it disrupted by the blush.

One trick I’ve discovered is to lightly dust a bit of translucent powder on my cheeks before applying cream blush. It may seem unusual, but it really helps create a barrier that keeps everything intact. Additionally, I prefer using cream blushes that have a matte finish over those that are overly dewy, as they blend seamlessly without disturbing my foundation.

I’ve also found that using a damp sponge to apply cream blush works wonders. This method gently presses the product into my skin without shifting the foundation, resulting in a lovely, natural look.

What techniques do you use for applying cream blush? Have you come across any products that perform well on oily skin? I’d love to hear your insights!
