Cystic acne can be really tough to manage, and I know I’m not alone in feeling frustrated at times. Through my own journey, I’ve discovered a few home remedies that have been quite helpful, and I’d love to share them with you all!
One of my favorites is tea tree oil. I mix a few drops with a carrier oil and apply it directly to breakout areas. It has natural antibacterial properties, which I find really helps with reducing inflammation and redness. I also enjoy making a honey and cinnamon mask. Just a tablespoon of honey mixed with a teaspoon of cinnamon applied for 10-15 minutes works wonders for me. It feels soothing and aids in healing.
I understand that everyone’s skin is unique, so what works for one person may not work for another. I like to experiment with different treatments during my weekly mask routines and share the outcomes. It’s a fun way to discover new remedies together!
