Has anyone else noticed how quickly time seems to pass lately? One moment, I’m enjoying a sunny run, and the next, I’m caught off guard by the changing seasons. With everything going on in life—work, workouts, and all the little things—it feels like I blink and another month has flown by.
As someone who loves being active outdoors, I often find my routine blurring together.
