Exploring NMN for Anti-Aging: My Experience So Far

I’ve recently added NMN (Nicotinamide Mononucleotide) to my skincare routine in hopes of enhancing my anti-aging efforts. At 28, I’ve been focusing on improving my skin’s texture and achieving a more radiant look. While I’ve been using AHAs and enzyme masks, I felt that incorporating something to support cellular health could be beneficial.

After a month of taking NMN, I’ve noticed some positive changes. My skin feels more hydrated and plump, which is encouraging. While I haven’t experienced dramatic results yet, I’m optimistic that continued use will yield improvements, especially regarding skin elasticity and wrinkle reduction.
