If you’re interested in adding a little extra to your nighttime routine, you might try slugging—applying a thick layer of an occlusive product over your moisturizer. This can really help to lock in moisture overnight, especially for dry skin types. The key is to find what works best for your unique skin without overwhelming it with too many products.
