Recently, I’ve been thinking about the importance of being kinder to myself, particularly when it comes to skincare. For a long time, I was obsessed with achieving flawless skin, constantly chasing after the latest trends and products that promised miraculous results. However, I’ve come to realize that my skin responds best to simplicity and gentleness. Instead of piling on numerous products, I’m learning to appreciate the benefits of hydration and the crucial role of sunscreen. This minimalist approach has been incredibly freeing!
