Effective Stubble Coverage Tips for Flight Attendants

As a flight attendant, I’ve faced the challenge of keeping a polished appearance while juggling long hours and changing climates. One of the most common issues we deal with is stubble visibility, especially when time is limited. Luckily, there are makeup techniques that can help you achieve a smooth finish that lasts throughout your shifts.

Start by prepping your skin with a good primer; it’s crucial for creating a smooth base. For combination skin like mine, find a primer that fills in pores effectively. Then, apply a lightweight, full-coverage foundation using a damp beauty sponge, concentrating on areas where stubble tends to show more. This not only provides coverage but also keeps your makeup looking fresh during those long flights.

Setting your foundation with a translucent powder is a must to absorb excess oil and maintain your look. If you still notice stubble peeking through, a high-coverage concealer can be a lifesaver. Apply it directly to the areas needing extra help and blend it out well. To finish, a setting spray will lock everything in, so you can feel confident through any temperature changes.
