Dealing with Redness After Using PanOxyl for Acne

Hi everyone! I’ve recently started using PanOxyl to manage my oily skin, and while it’s effective for breakouts, I’ve noticed my face turns quite red afterward. As someone who enjoys outdoor activities, this redness can be concerning. I’m wondering if anyone else has faced this issue and what might be behind it.

From what I understand, PanOxyl contains benzoyl peroxide, which can be quite potent and may lead to skin irritation, especially for those who are new to it. I’ve also realized that after exercising, my skin tends to get even redder, which makes me think that sweating might be worsening the irritation. I’m looking for ways to balance effective treatment while staying active.

Have any of you found strategies to reduce this redness? What tips do you have for including PanOxyl in a skincare routine without causing irritation? I’d love to hear your thoughts and experiences!
