I’ve had pretty good luck with using a good primer on my eyelids before applying eyeliner. It seriously helps with smudging! Have you tried any specific primers that work well for you?

I’ve had good luck with setting my eyeliner with a bit of translucent powder. After applying, just lightly dust it to lock it in place. For products, I really like Kat Von D’s Ink Liner; it stays put all day without smudging!
